Andrew jointly acquired the Palm Beach lands a few years ago with a vision to create the ultimate upscale villa retreat that he and his family could enjoy with other homeowners.

Having been a Runaway Bay villa owner for many years he became very familiar with these lands and immediately saw the potential.
