Bruce Lopez

Bruce graduated from the University of Miami with double majors in Architecture and the Fine Arts. In the subsequent years he gained invaluable experience in design and project management at award winning firms The Howard Design Group and Alison Spear Architects. Bruce is currently a registered architect in the State of Florida and Jamaica. He also holds a LEED AP certification in sustainable design.

Throughout his career, Bruce has exhibited a strong passion for design with specific regard for sensitivity to the environment. Having worked previously in both Architecture and Interior Design, Bruce’s experience has taught him the importance of a unified project delivery. As project Architect Bruce has developed a rapport with team members and clients alike. This characteristic has served to unify project teams creating well coordinated projects and giving clients confidence throughout the process.

In 2005 Bruce founded Synergy Design Studio in the dynamic metropolis of Miami Florida. Synergy quickly emerged as a leader in design and service. With influences from the melting pot of local and international culture, Miami proved to be an inspiration for a truly unique style of modern tropical Architecture.

In 2009 a branch office was opened in Kingston Jamaica headed by founding partner Bruce Lopez. Capitalizing on a thriving construction industry, Synergy has cemented its place as an industry leader. 

Since their Kingston debut, Synergy has played a pivotal role in shaping a new Jamaica. Working with visionary developers over the last few years, Synergy has produced critically acclaimed projects such as….  Hilton Tapestry’s Rok Hotel, BMW Kingston Showroom, Soleil Residences Montego Bay, AC Marriott Kingston, Sanctuary Montego Bay, Sandals Overwater Bungalows and numerous private residences.
